We have had many people stop on the street to complement us on how the new chimney covering looks. Your workmanship has made our home look so much better and I’m sure has helped raise the value of our house just by how it looks.
The gas fireplace insert is something we should have done years ago. We spent way too many years hauling wood and cleaning up ashes to enjoy a real fire in the fireplace, only to find our house heat was going right up the chimney with the smoke. We now find it so convenient and economical to flip the switch and have a good-looking functional fire, which also heats up the recreation room quickly.

     Just a note to tell you what great service we received from your company. The guys that removed the existing fireplace were very neat and hard workers. In my talking to the salesperson, he was always courteous and kept us informed on the work schedule.
     The stone cutter (mason) did a fantastic job. I was watching him do his job and he approached his job as a true artist. He took his time and created a beautiful and creative fireplace. If we wanted to sell our home, the comments we received from friends and relatives were to the effect “this fireplace alone would sell our house”.

I am writing to thank you for the outstanding service we received from your employees. We attempted to purchase a fireplace insert through your store and were provided with much information, so we could make a more informed decision on our needs; the salesman remained patient with us as we asked seemingly one-thousand questions. Unfortunately, we live outside your service area for this particular brand, preventing the sale and installation.
     To help us, your salesman made a call to another fireplace store in our area and explained our situation and they agreed to work with us. The salesman at the other store was just as helpful as your staff said they would be. We will be getting our insert installed next Friday.
